4MO: How to check whether you have psychological impotence?

Salam & hola,

Just back from Kota Kinabalu Sabah around 3.30 pm and as i promise i will update my blog. So i think i will update for men only segment first, since it more than a week i don't update this segment.

Okay let start,

The kegel exercise is an exercise in resolving impotence if you suffer from slight venous leaks. However, more serious cases of physical impotency will probably require medical assistance.

Solutions to physical impotence may range from simple solutions to injections and implants for more severe cases.

By far the biggest cause of impotence today is PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPOTENCE. This usually stems from simple performance anxiety and insecurity issues. Almost every man at some point or another suffers from this on at least one occasion.

One simple way to determine if you if you suffer from psychological as opposed to physical impotence is if you have a “morning hard-on”. If you wake up in the morning with an erection, everything is most likely in physical working order.

Another simple test is the stamp test. Before going to bed, take an ordinary roll of postage stamps and, moistening them, wrap them around your unerect Mr P.

Upon awakening, if everything is in physical working order, the stamps will be separated as a result of the natural penile tumescence cycle which occurs in all physically healthy men as they sleep.

On a psychological level, you should convince yourself that if you are okay physically, it’s all in your head!

By far, the best way of resolving simple psychological impotence is if you have an understanding lover. Explain to them that “yes, you are turned on by them physically” , but “because you want to please them so much, you’re just a little nervous”.

Explain to your lover that it has nothing to do with them; it’s simply all in your head. You just need a little time to learn to relax.

Spend some time with your lover in sexual activities that don’t bring on anxiety. Learn to enjoy what you’re feeling at the moment. Realize that your Mr P WANTS to get hard; all you have to do is relax a little.

Approach love-making in a relaxed manner. After all, you’re not there to do a job.... simply to enjoy yourself and your partner.

Realize that your lover will understand and if they don’t, maybe you shouldn’t be with that person anyway.

If these exercises do not help to resolve your psychological impotence, some professional counseling would be advisable to conquer what is probably a deeper issue.
