4MO II : Advanced Enlargement Techniques

WARNING! Advanced techniques MUST NOT be attempted unless you have followed the basic exercises for at least 3 to 6 months.
Going straight through to the advanced techniques without the proper physical foundation built from the basic exercises, can result in temporary or permanent damage to Mr P (Penis).
The Advanced 4 Men Only 2 techniques are designed to take you to a new level of enlargement.
Before starting this regimen, you must ask yourself – “Do I really need more size?”
This regimen will be considerably harder that the regimen outlined in the Original 4 Men Exercise but the rewards of following the regimen you are about to read will be penis size like you have never dreamed possible!
First off, evaluate your physical condition. As stated in the Original 4 Men Exercise, if you are grossly over fat, you are most likely hiding a considerable amount of size beneath layer of pre-pubic fat.
You will never know the true potential for the size of your Mr P, unless you can manage to lose the extra fat. In some men, being over fat by as little as 20 pounds can hide up to a full inch in length.
Now, let’s get down to business.
Assuming you body fat is under control, we will now go over the exercise regimen that will maximize the size of your Mr P in ways you never thought possible!


4 Men Only – “Ultra-Jelq”
Assuming you have followed the regimen outlined in the Original 4 Men Exercise for 3 to 6 months, this routine will give you the results you desire, given that you want to enlarge your Mr P beyond 1 – 2 inches.
In the Original 4 Men Only Exercise, you followed the Jelq program by performing up to 100 repetitions daily, 5 days a week. Well, if more enlargement is what you desire it’s time to step up the intensity.
One alteration that you’ll make with the more intense version is to increase the length of each stroke to 3 to 5 seconds each.... with an increased emphasis on making the grip tighter.
You will begin by increasing your milking exercises by 20 more repetitions daily, per week (for a full “Jelq” Please click HERE
An example of this increase is as follows :-
Week 1 – 100 repetitions, 5 times per week
Week 2 – 120 repetitions, 5 times per week
Week 3 – 140 repetitions, 5 times per week
And so on, and so on, until you reach your desired level of size, or 500 repetitions daily. Don’t forget the penile slapping after your sessions (also in the Original 4 men only exercise)
Now let’s suppose that you need even more size –
Now things get intense! You will change your routine as follows – On alternating days of the week (example – Monday, Wednesday, Friday) you will milk for 300 repetitions, twice daily.
Weekly, you will increase the daily milking load by 20 repetitions DAILY.
An example of this increase is as follows:-
Week 1 – 300 repetitions, 2 times daily, 3 times per week
Week 2 – 310 repetitions, 2 times daily, 3 times per week
Week 3 – 320 repetitions, 2 times daily, 3 times per week
And so on, and so on, until you reach your desired level of size or 500 repetitions twice daily.


On the alternate days of the week Example Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, you will do a variation of The Oriental Massage outline in the Original 4 Men Only Exercise.
Follow the instructions for performing The Oriental Massage (Please Click HERE) except instead of doing 9 repetitions in every direction, twice a day, you will be doing 20 repetitions in every direction, twice a day.
Weekly, you will increase the repetition load by 5 repetitions per direction.
An example of this increase is as follows:-
Week 1 – 25 repetitions per direction, 2 times daily, 3 times per week
Week 2 – 30 repetitions per direction, 2 times daily, 3 times per week
Week 3 – 35 repetitions per direction, 2 times daily, 3 times per week
And so on, and so on, until you reach your desired level of size or 100 repetitions per direction, twice daily. This routine is very intense, because of this, recommended that you perform these exercises on a 4 week on, 1 week off schedule, meaning that you perform the exercises for 4 weeks straight, then you take a week off to rest.
This rest time is CRUCIAL, as your Mr P will need this period of time to recover.
After your daily exercises, we recommend that you soak in a hot tub or bath for 20 – 30 minutes, to fully relax the tissues of Mr P.
This regimen, if followed faithfully for several months, should give you all of the extra size you could ever want or need!
