Salam,
Maybe almost all the staff of the company that i'm working at, waiting for the white envelope.
Want to know what the contain of the envelope?
Inside the envelope will be our IPF (individual performance factor) plus the amount of company performance bonus will be received by us during this coming salary.
This will be my first time to received the company performance bonus, because i just joined this company january last year. I felt so happy receiving the white envelope today.
The bonus i plan to divide it to :
1. 6/10 of the bonus will be using to pay my credit cards because my credit card debt was too high, i think more than B$20K from 4 cards (1 platinum, 1 gold & 2 classic card)
2. 1/10 i will give to my parent
3. 1/10 i will donate to GAZA
4. 1/10 i will buy health supplement for my mom
5. 1/10 for my own expences.
For readers please used your Credit Cards wisely... Don't follow like me.... im a big spender.... but now i TRY to reduce using my cards...
