I think long time i didn't update for this segment. ok let continue with AC lenghtening technique.
Lying on your side with your upper body perpendicular to your legs, take your Mr P and pull it towards your anus. Tuck it in between your legs and then close your legs. Then, proceed to try to straighten your torso. You should feel a nice stretch !
One thing though....after 5 minutes, you MUST look at the glan (to ensure proper circulation). This isn't the type of exercise that can be done for 15 minutes straight without checking "downstairs" okay.
