As Salam & hola,
The Side to side stretch is a very simple exercise and it’s perfect if performed after “The Squeeze”.
In a standing position, grab your Mr P (thumb side up) and pull it straight down (pointing it towards the floor). With tension still on your Mr P, proceed to pull your Mr P to the left and then to the right.
This counts as 1 rep. They’re quick to do, and recommended doing up to 1,000 (advanced), resting a bit after every 100 reps.
